What is Consaletants LLC?  Consaletants is a business entity that laser focuses its efforts on co-promoting by way of brand to brand strategic partnerships by attaching to affiliate marketing, and referral programs with select business entities. And alConsaletants is also building a Grouped to Grow professional Community on the Mighty Networks platform,  to include, aspiring, new, and seasoned entrepreneurs. What makes Consaletants a legitimate business? When was Consaletants LLC established?  Consaletants was established December 3, 2020, in the state of Ohio, the heartland.  

Does Consaletants have any other members besides the CEO? Not yet. As the business needs arise, that may require additional help, will plan to add  on. More to come on this, so please check back in from time to time. 

Is Consaletants Hiring? Not at this time. Please check back in periodically.  As Consaletants continues to grow, will more than likely outsource for a Virtual Marketing Assistant/Executive Assistant to manage and monitor the digital marketing aspect of the business and the business. As for the inbound phone service, leaning towards eventually bringing on college students, and seasoned retirees as Independent Contractors for starts, to handle inbound calls during non-traditional hours. Also, strongly considering those who are on disablity, that the SSA allows to make a certain amount of income part-time, still as Independent Contractors...

How will Consaletants conduct business? Starting out, Consaletants will more than likely conduct business remotely and online, without brick and mortar. If it becomes apparent, that brick and mortar becomes necessary, for future, will update... 

Will Consaletants also do business with the government? Hopefully.  The government has viable resources for businesses to regulate, so I have some affiliation with the government, you know all businesses do, like the IRS, the Secretary of State, so on and so forth. Now to be partnered with a given government entity is big!!! I will remain hopeful that I will end up doing some form of business with the government to get my portion.

Is Consaletants Insured? Consaletants is soon to be insured --In fact, will probably become insured by NEXT Insurance, as I am looking into General Liability Insurance/E&O Insurance. 

How is Consaletants Compliant?  So far, Consaletants is compliant with the Ohio Secretary of State, and the IRS. I am also looking at donotcall.gov for compliance purposes. Being that I will accept inbound calls, will have to check to see what may apply to receiving inbound calls, if anything. Consaletants has not profited yet or received any funding, and being that I am the only member as Founder & CEO of Consaletants, I will do a Schedule C, as part of my regular income taxes...  I have a dedicated webpage, titled, Compliance & Legal, that I am taking my time with, to make sure it covers what needs to be covered. 

Why should I take Consaletants LLC serious?  Great question! In formulating Consaletants organically, from idea to fruition, I put sweat equity into starting my own business, using my own funds, so far, without borrowing a penny. I did heavy research to make sure I am building a legitimate online business.  Consaletants puts emphasis on quality and I shall continue to value shared successes by way of co-promotion.
